Refund Policy

At Samanthaajain, each of our garments is handcrafted and made to order with utmost care and precision. As a result, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.

Alterations

We understand that perfect fit matters. While we do not accept returns, we are happy to assist with alterations to ensure your piece fits you well:

• For domestic (India) orders, we offer alteration support free of charge. Shipping for alteration will be managed by us.
• For international orders, alterations are supported, but return shipping must be borne by the customer. We recommend at least one fitting trial to ensure the garment is tailored to your size.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@samanthaajain.com with your order number, photographs, and a detailed description. We will review your case and offer a resolution accordingly.

Shipping & Duties

• Shipping within India is free and fully covered by us.
• International shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, volume, and destination, and are shared upon inquiry.
• For international deliveries, we operate on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applicable in their country.
