3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can only be placed through online payment methods supported by Razorpay.
  • We currently do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Order cut-off times are indicative and may be affected by payment authorization delays.
  • Placing an order implies that you have read and agreed to all policies, including Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping is offered for all orders within India.
  • International shipping charges are additional and calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.
  • Dispatch timelines are typically 2–3 weeks, with delivery in 2–3 business days post-dispatch (domestic orders).
  • We are not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, logistics disruptions, or unavoidable circumstances.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected.

5. Returns, Refunds & Alterations

  • As all garments are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
  • Alterations are available:
    • Domestic Orders: Alterations supported at no extra charge; shipping covered by us.
    • International Orders: Alterations supported, but return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Duties

  • All prices listed are Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for domestic orders.
  • International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
    The recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, and local taxes applicable in their country.
