We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders across India. To ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition and in the shortest time possible, we ship via reputed logistics partners.

Payment Options

• Orders can be placed securely via online payment methods supported by our payment partner Razorpay.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 weeks of placing the order.
• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location.
• For Made to Order or customized pieces, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email if additional time is required.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

• The courier partner will attempt delivery three times.
• In case of failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. If you would like the product to be shipped again:
• You will be required to bear both the re-delivery charges and the return shipping costs.In case of cancellation due to a failed delivery, a refund will be processed after deducting 20% of the total order value.
